Currently H.E Al Majid is the Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Justice, UAE. Mark Beer, OBE is President of the International Association for Court Administration, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Global Legal Action Network, A member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Taskforce, part of the UK Government's ‘LawTech Delivery Panel’, Advisor to the Board of Resolve Disputes Online, A member of The Innovation Working Group of the Task Force on Justice focused on addressing United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal.
Previously he was Chief Executive of the Dubai International Financial Centre's Dispute Resolution Authority; Registrar General and a Small Claims Tribunal judge of the DIFC Courts; and Registrar to the Dubai World Tribunal. He was awarded Officer of the Order of the British Empire in Queen Elizabeth II's 2013 Birthday honours list. Beer is recognized as a thought leader and futurist in the legal and justice sectors, having spoken extensively about the future of law and justice and having been instrumental in the establishment of the Courts of the Future Forum. Almudhareb holds a bachelor degree in Computer Information systems. He joined Dubai Courts Department as the first employee in the Computer Information Systems Section in 1991, where he graded up to his current position as an IT Director.
Almudhareb was the first in the region, who introduced computers for office work in courts sector. During his tenure, Courts e-business evolved and automation reached 100% by introducing many systems to serve all courts processes.

Yousif Al Sahlawi

Since joining LexisNexis in 2011, Hussain has worked on developing legal and business content for law firms and the corporate counsel sector; speaking to hundreds of in-house lawyers to capture and share insight and best practice. He has worked with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Middle East for five years – launching their bi-monthly magazine and weekly newsletter, as well as hosting multiple events covering soft skills for corporate counsel. Tobias Heining is founding member and President of the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA), as well as Director of Business Development & Communications (BD&C) at CMS in Germany.
